Palm Sunday is Sunday, April 20, which marks the beginning of Holy Week for many Christians. Take the opportunity during the week to visit a neighborhood church, if you are not already a member of a congregation. You would be most welcome, for instance, at Faith Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Road.

Also, remember during this holiday season that our local food pantry at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 3900 Mechanicsville Road, is in need of food donations.
Drop your food items off at the church office or at any of our local churches.
