Hope A. Hopper, 63, of Wescosville, died on March 31, 2014, at home.

She and her husband Charles Hopper would have been married 44 years on April 11.

Born in Chapmans, Upper Macungie Township, she was a daughter of the late Franklin H. and Annie M. (Holben) Schaffer.

She was a machine operator for 20 years at Nestlé Purina, formerly ALPO, in Orefield.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Daniel E. and wife, Sue, of Allentown and David K. of McKinleyville, Calif.; brothers the Rev. Franklin and wife, Diane, of Emmaus, Larry and wife, Nancy, of California and Terry and wife, Gail, of Northampton; sister Joyce Shelly of Orefield; and nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by brothers Norman and Robert.
