Thomas Joseph Hrabovsky, 73, of Lynn Township, died March 27, 2014, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, where he was admitted earlier in the day.
He and wife Mary Ann (Gostynski) Hrabovsky were married Oct. 22, 1966.
Born in Pringle, Luzerne County, he was a son of the late Michael P. and Anna T. (Ference) Hrabovsky.
He was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Kutztown.
A 1959 graduate of Central Catholic High School, Kingston, Luzerne County, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran with service during the Vietnam Conflict.
He was employed 35 years as an electrical repair leader for PPL Electric Utilities, Allentown.
He was a member of Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club, New Tripoli.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Theresa M. , wife of Harold L. Honeywell of Hunlock Creek, Luzerne County; and a son, Thomas P., husband of Brenda S. (Diss) Hrabovsky of Bath; sister Arlene, widow of John J. Straub of Forty Fort, Luzerne County; brother Michael, husband of Carolyn (Lampman) Hrabovsky, Hickory, N.C; grandchildren, Melissa A. and Adam T. Hrabovsky and Brittany M. Diss; and a great-granddaughter, Brooke A. Hrabovsky.
