State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Ann M. Marinho, 29, of Bethlehem, was driving a 1999 Subaru Outback 4:50 a.m. March 26 on I-78 East in the left travel lane in Upper Macungie when she apparently lost control of her vehicle due to icy road conditions.
The Outback struck the center concrete median before coming to a final rest facing south. partially blocking the left travel lane.
Marinho, who police say was wearing a seat belt, sustained a minor injury to her left hand.
Her vehicle, which had disabling front and driver's side damage, was removed by Faust Towing.
Couple taken
into custody
According to a police report received March 24, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Angel Doan, 18, of Albany, N.Y. was allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance at 8:47 p.m. March 7 on I-78, Upper Macungie Township.
Police allege Kahlia Elizabeth Endres, 18, also of Albany, N.Y., had a small clear plastic bag of suspected marijuana in her possession and a glass smoking device.
Police say Doan and Endres were taken into custody and charges were filed with District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township.
