Kenneth E. Bryfogle Sr., 86, of Allentown, died March 19, 2014, in Fellowship Manor, Whitehall.

He was the widower of Margaret C. "Peggy" (Heil) Bryfogle.

Born in Jamestown, he was a son of the late Charles and Ruth (Weyhenmeyer) Bryfogle.

He was an auto mechanic for more than 40 years for Kelly Buick GMC, Emmaus.

Ken honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

His survivors include a son, Kenneth E. Jr. and wife, Mary Jane, of Drums; daughters Bonnie L., wife of Frank Tamandl, of New Smiths-ville and Debbie, wife of Tim Smith, of Alburtis; grandchildren Michelle, Keith, Jenny, Lori, Christopher, Jill, Daniel and Bryan; 21 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by four brothers and one sister.
