Police arrested two men in seperate incidents following typical traffic stops the early morning of March 24. Both were determined to be impaired by alcohol.

Around 12:50 a.m. officers stopped James Lepre, 31, or Redfern Lane, on Daly Avenue for driving without activated headlights.

Alexander Cardascia, 26, of Winters Avenue, was pulled over for a traffic violation on East Third Street around 2:10 a.m.

Lepre and Cardascia are both charged with DUI.
