Police arrested 24-year-old Jorge Mercado of Glendale Avenue following a conflict with a former partner around 12:05 a.m. March 21.

According to police, mercado confronted his ex-fiancée and her friend and for unspecified reasons threatened them both with a loaded shotgun.

Mercado then fought the man and broke a window in his car.

Mercado is charged with criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and simple assault.
