State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Brian Arthur Gavin, 33, of Breinigsville, was stopped for several alleged traffic violations 2:03 a.m. on March 22 on Schaffer Run Road and Gateway Drive, Upper Macungie Township.

Police say during the traffic stop Gavin allegedly showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody.

Charges of driving under the influence and related offenses will be filed with District Judge Michael Faulkner pending blood test results.
