Elva M. Kunkel, 104, formerly of Lynnport and later Alburtis, died March 11, 2014, in Kutztown Manor, Kutztown.

She was the wife of William H. Kunkel, who died in 1968.

Born in Albany Township, Berks County, was a daughter of the late Jacob and Annie (Shollenberger) Knepper.

She was the oldest member of Jacob's Church, Jacksonville, Lynn Township, and a member of the Lynnport Fire Company.

Her survivors include a daughter Betty J. Rump, of Fleetwood, and a son, Richard A., and his wife, Mae of Kempton.

She lived to see all her 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 25 great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter Marian A. Becker and a son Donald C.
