Tsien-Chuan Wu, 93, of Lower Macungie Township, died peacefully March 22, 2014, in his home with his beloved family by his side. He was the husband of Tsun-Chin Wu. Born in Zhejiang Province, China, he was the son of the late Xing-Yan and Yu Wu.
He was a graduate of National Jiao-Tong University and a licensed Professional Civil Engineer. He worked his entire career with Taiwan Sugar Company in Huwei from 1946 to 1980, and later on, as a consultant for a construction company in Taipei from 1980 to 2000.
He enjoyed many hobbies such as photography, fossil, rock, stamp and coin collecting, bonsai, orchids, gardening, planting and he was also a lifelong dog lover. He lived a simple life and kept a kind heart throughout his life.
He is survived by his wife; son, Yu-Chun and his wife, Jing-Hwa; grandson, Kahn C. and granddaughter, Jennifer C.
Services are private. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
