Coplay resident on dean's list

Alec Dougherty of Coplay was named to the dean's list for the fall 2013 semester.

Dougherty is a freshman recreation and sport management major.

To qualify for the dean's list freshmen must earn a 3.25 grade-point average.

Michael Chajnacki of Northampton and Megan L. Berner of Whitehall have been named to the dean's list for the fall 2013 semester. Chajnacki and Berner are both pursuing a bachelor of science in actuarial science.

WILKES UNIVERSITY

Residents attending Wilkes University were named to the dean's list for the fall 2013 semester.

Whitehall: Cara Basile, Ian Foley, Jillian Glasgow, Abigail Nemeth and Sarah Wasley.

Coplay: Christina Harrison.

Bath: Amanda Bast, Keri Diehl and Zachary Koehler.

Northampton: Ashley Divencenzo, Nicholas Gray, Nicole Kutos, Jacob Weaver and Jaclyn Werkheiser.

Students named to the dean's list must maintain a minimum 3.4 grade-point average and carry at least 12 credits.

WIDENER UNIVERSITY

Morgan Stewart of Whitehall was named to the dean's list for the fall 2013 semester. Stewart is a junior accounting major.

Mikayla Ninos of Northampton was named to the dean's list for the fall 2013 semester. Ninos is a freshman education major.

The dean's list recognizes students who earned a grade-point average of 3.50 and above for the semester.

Residents named to dean's list

Elliot Mortimer of Whitehall and Alexa Polomchak of Northampton were named to the dean's list for the fall 2013 semester. Mortimer is a freshman sport management major and Polomchak is a sophomore criminal justice major.

In order to be named to the dean's list, students must be registered for at least 12 academic credits and earn a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher.
