Peter Koziar, of Macungie died March 14, 2014. He was the husband of the late Lillian Dudas who died in 2004. Born in Mount Carmel, he was a son of the late Harry and Theodora Koziar.

He worked for over 30 years for Miles Laboratories in Clifton, N.J., before retiring in 1981.

He loved to travel and spend time with his family, especially on the family farm in Pitman, Pa.

He is survived by a son, Peter Jr., of Owings Mills, Md.; grandson, Jon, currently with the U.S. Marines; sisters, Anna Kostishak, Pearle Chwastiak, and Sally Gordon; numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held 10:30 a.m. March 31 at the Bachman, Kulik and Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A time to visit with the family will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
