Marian Ann Maroni Ferguson, 77, of Macungie, died March 11, 2014, at Cedarbrook, Allentown. She was the wife of Patrick Ferguson for 57 years. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Phillip Maroni and the late Martha Maroni Long.
She graduated from Dunmore High School in 1954.
She worked in Dunmore for the Golo Shoe Co. and in Allentown at Schneider Manufacturing.
She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown.
She was a member of the auxiliary of the Hogan's Social Club.
She loved the Dodgers, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra and Barry Manilow.
She is survived by her husband; children, Deborah Klotz and her companion Wayne, Kathleen, Phillip and his wife Kim and Sean and his wife Wendy; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Ann Marie "Nancy" Roscoe, and Pauline; numerous nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Martin, parents, stepfather, Robert Long, brothers-in-law, Bernard, and Walter Roscoe.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Cedarbrook Nursing Home, 350 S. Cedarbrook Road, Allentown, 18104.
