Theft from motor vehicle
Reported in the 8100 block of Heritage Drive, Lower Macungie Township, actors entered an unlocked vehicle and took several items from the vehicle between 10:30 p.m. Feb. 20 and 2:30 a.m. Feb. 21.
Reported in the 1700 block of Brookstone Drive, Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors took multiple tools from a work van between 5 p.m. Feb. 21 and 8 a.m. Feb. 22. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Reported at the Wingate Hotel, 4325 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors took items from an unlocked vehicle while it was running in the parking lot sometime between 6:35 and 6:55 a.m. Feb. 10. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Retail theft
Reported at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:07 p.m. Feb. 12, a man was seen removing security devices from the packaging of several items.
Reported at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:37 p.m. Feb. 21, a man was seen by asset protection personnel attempting to remove two flat screen televisions from the store. The man fled the store. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Deborah Ann Brey, 54, of Lower Macungie Township, was arrested and charged with retail theft after she allegedly took food and toiletries valued at $187.11 from the Giant Food Store, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie township, 12:10 p.m. March 1. Brey was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
An Allentown man, 19, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly concealed merchandise valued at $39.88 and tried to leave Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:50 p.m. Feb. 28. The man was stopped by loss prevention personnel when he tried to leave the store without paying for the merchandise. Charges will be filed in District Court 31-3-02.
William Bird, no age given, of Coopersburg, was accused of allegedly taking $25 worth of Pokemon cards from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:20 p.m. March 4.
Theft
Reported by Precision Pipeline Solutions, a 5000 watt Honda generator and a Berger transit level were taken from a construction site on Church Lane, Lower Macungie Township, between Feb. 19 and Feb. 20. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

Reported at Marshalls, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, unknown actors took a purse containing an Apple iPhone 4s and a $40 Marshalls gift card, a total value of $270, between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Feb. 26. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
False alarm
Maryanne Johnson, no age given, of Zionsville, was charged with allegedly making false alarms to agencies of public safety after police responded four times in a 12-month period to burglar alarms at a location in the 6500 block of Powder Valley Road, Upper Milford Township, between June 20, 2013 and Feb. 15. Charges were filed through district court.
Access device fraud
Reported in the 5600 block of Kart Drive, Lower Macungie Township, a 28-year-old Bethlehem woman removed a credit card from a kitchen cabinet at a residence and made four separate online transactions using the card between Nov. 14, 2013 and Dec. 17, 2013. The card was used for transactions on websites ebay.com, match.com, teefury.com and thinkgeek.com totaling $295.90. Charges were filed through District Court 31-3-02.
