Grace P. Bryan, 85, of Allentown, died Feb. 22, 2014, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township surrounded by her family. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Grace (Smolko) Puskar. She would have been married 60 years Feb. 26, to her husband Dr. William J. Bryan, an orthodontist in the Lehigh Valley.
She was a graduate of St. John's Nursing School, Cleveland and served as a nurse at Parris Island Marine Corps Base where she met her husband.
She loved to cook. Her halupkies, halushkie and perogies were the best. She loved plants and gardening and had a green thumb.
She is survived by her husband; daughter, Lynn and her husband Peter Kokolus, of Palmer Township; sons, Billy, of Brigantine, N.J. and Dr. Robert and his wife Maureen, of Emmaus; sister, Dorothy Plute, of St. Louis, Mo.; grandchildren, Peter and his wife Kim, Margo and her fiance Randy, Caitlin, Aislinn, Ciara and Patrick; great-grandson, Michael. She was predeceased by a sister, Eleanor Jisa.
