Sacred Heart School, 115 Washington St., Bath, will host a night at the races this Saturday in the auditorium.

Doors open 6:30 p.m. and betting begins 7 p.m. Bring your own snacks and drinks. This is an adult only event.

Sacred Heart is now accepting registration for the 2014-15 school year. Now offered is a full-day preschool program in addition to the regular half-day classes.

Sacred Heart School recently held their Science Fair and congratulations go out to third place winner Richard Turnbach, second place winner Alex Wachholz and first place winner Chris Omick.

Emmanuel's Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, Bath, will collect cereal and peanut butter (16 oz. plastic jars) for the Bath Area Food Bank.

Donated items are distributed monthly to families registered at the food bank.
