Arlene A. Schneider, 94, of Bethlehem and formerly of Easton, died Feb. 16, 2014, at Old Orchard Healthcare Center, Easton. She was the wife of the late James F. Schneider.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late George and Estella (Townson) Reimert.

She was a 1937 graduate of Northampton High School.

She was an office clerk and assisted with operations at Ashland Oil Company, Easton, for many years until retiring in 1994.

She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hecktown.

She is survived by a daughter, Peggy J. of Bethlehem; a son, Dennis J. of Honey Brook; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
