Jean A. Horlacher, 82, of Macungie, died March 1, 2014, in Arden Courts of Warminster. She was the wife of the late Kermit C. Horlacher. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Harold W. and Drusilla M. (Scholl) Adams.
She was an elementary school teacher for the Allentown School District, teaching at Jefferson Elementary School for 40 years, retiring in 1993.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Emmaus.
Her hobbies included travel, arts and crafts and spending time with her family.
She was a member of the Emmaus Lioness Club, the Lehigh Valley Couturiere Society and the Pennsylvania Retired Teachers Association.
She is survived by sons, Philip C. and his wife Dorothy, of Breinigsville, Keith D. and his wife Denice, of New Hope, and Jamie T. and his wife Jennifer, of Pennsburg; grandchildren, Austin P. and Heather N. Horlacher; two grandpups.
