Police arrested a 43-year-old man for driving while intoxicated around 2:10 a.m. Feb. 15.

According to police, Jopse Agramonte Zapata, of Hobart Street, drove his car into a snow bank on Stefko Boulevard, and officers determined he was drunk.

Agramonte Zapata is charged with speeding and DUI.
