Steven Zavecz, 75, of Emmaus, died Feb. 20, 2014, in his residence. He was the husband of Sandra Ann Zavecz. Born in Hungary, he was the son of the late Karl and Rose Zavecz.

He was a custodian for Lehigh Valley Hospital and was a window washer/ cleaner. He worked for Clean Window Company, Lehigh Albright, Acme Window Cleaning and later operated his own window cleaning business which his son has continued.

He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus, Mercantile Club of Emmaus, Windish Club of Bethlehem, and the Hungarian Club of Allentown.

He is survived by his wife; son, Scott K., of Emmaus; daughter, Tammy Maria, of Allentown; grandchildren, Jose A. Torres, Jr. and Keandra Renae Wade.
