Carol Lynn Korb Hook, 69, of Salisbury Township, died Feb. 9, 2014, of respiratory failure at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of Jabez M. Hook. They celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary in January. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Evelyn A. Hamilton, of Bethlehem Township and the late William George Korb, Jr.

She worked as a nurse and later for AT&T, Inc., retiring in 1998.

She was a former member of the Holy Family Parish in Randallstown, Md.

She is survived by her husband; mother; daughter, Laura and her husband Luis Mercado ,of Bethlehem Township; one grandson, Daniel Jabez Mercado.

A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. March 1 in the Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem. Friends may call 1 p.m. until the time of the service.
