Angelo Domingo Zapata, 43, of New York City, N.Y., was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Mill Creek Road at Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:56 a.m. Feb. 16. Zapata was stopped for an alleged traffic violation.

Reported at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:07 p.m. Feb. 12, a 34-year-old man, of Reading, was seen removing security devices from packaging of several items.
