Theft

Reported by a Macungie man, 90, in the 7500 block of Woodbine Road, Lower Macungie Township, between Jan. 1 and Feb. 3, an actor stole three checks and used the checks to take $620. The investigation continues.

Terroristic threats

Reported by a 43-year-old woman in the 4600 block of Mill Road, Upper Milford Township, 1:30 p.m. Jan. 21, a male, described as white, approximately 5-foot 8-inches tall, and in his mid-40s, approached her in a driveway and claimed she had run him off the road earlier in the day. The man threatened the woman and then fled in his vehicle, described as an "electric blue" small pickup truck, possibly a Toyota Tacoma. The man had long dark hair and facial hair but not a full beard, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

DUI

Monica Lehman, 24, of Lower Macungie Township, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after an alleged traffic violation in the 3400 block of Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:27 a.m. Feb. 2. Lehman was taken to Lehigh County Central Booking Center where she allegedly submitted to a blood test. Charges are pending laboratory analysis.

Robert Martinez, 20, of South 13th Street, Allentown, is accused of driving under the influence after a one-vehicle crash at the intersection of Hamilton Boulevard and Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:41 p.m. Jan. 16. Martinez allegedly was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. Charges to be filed.

Vincent Magda, of Wescosville, was taken into custody for driving under the influence after he was stopped for allegedly speeding on Hamilton Boulevard at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:46 p.m. Feb. 1. Magda allegedly showed signs of impairment at the time of the traffic stop and was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center for processing.
