To the Editor:

I believe children with parents who nurture their mental and physical development, gifted with athletic genetics, combined with a sound coaching staff, would produce contest outcomes that would look like the winning Bethlehem Catholic High School wrestling team.

In my humble opinion, parenting is not enough. Talent is not enough. Outstanding coaches are not enough.

It takes all these ingredients to have athletic dominance.

I admire and respect Becahi's accomplishments and wish them well.

I bet those who whisper or say loudly the word "recruiting" in the same sentence as Bethlehem Catholic, will agree it really takes more than that.
