The parent information scheduling night is 6 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 18. The event will detail the process of your child choosing his/her classes for the 2014-2015 school year. The event is open to students and parents of children in grades eight through 11. Be a part of this night as it will help you and your child determine what courses to take.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid information night has been scheduled for 6:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 18 in the high school library.

Seniors should be aware orders for graduation announcement stationery products are due Feb. 13. Order forms can be found in the main office. Return your orders to Miss Piagesi in Room 110. Be sure to view the library display case for samples of commencement-celebration stationery.

Go on a blind date with a book! On a trip to the SHS library between classes, select a wrapped book from the display to check out. Take it home to read, and rate it on a "Rate Your Date" slip on the inside of the book. With every slip you return for each wrapped book you read, you enter a raffle for a prize. The raffle drawing takes place Feb. 13. Don't wait! Find your literary love!
