Irene T. Fainor, 95, formerly of Allentown, died Feb. 6, 2014, in California. She was the wife of the late Joseph Dolgos and William Fainor. She and her husband, William Fainor, were the proprietors of the former Farmington Grill in Eastern Salisbury Township. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Franko) Strauss.

She was a former member of St. Stephen of Hungary Catholic Church, Allentown.

She is survived by a daughter, Barbara and her husband Solomon Motoya, of San Diego, Calif., with whom she lived since 1991; sons, Joseph Dolgos and his wife Patricia, of Turnersville, N.J. and Richard Dolgos and his wife Patricia, of Whitehall; niece Carol Takas-Lang, of Anchorage, Alaska; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, John Strauss, and a sister, Ella Takas.
