Rose E. Bottazzi, 84, of Allentown, died peacefully Jan. 30, 2014, in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown.
Born in Moore Township, she was a daughter of the late Teofil and Angela (Kosik) Korich.
She and her husband Alvin "Tinker" Bottazzi were married 44 years at the time of his death in 2005.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Allentown.
An expert seamstress, she last worked for Bru-Mar Manufacturing, Allentown, and was a longtime waitress at the former Allentown Italian Club where she was an officer of the Ladies Club.
Her survivors include a son Jerome at home; daughter Rosemary B. Eibach and her husband, Bill, of Whitehall; grandson William and his companion, Melissa, their son Jonathan, and granddaughter Angela; sisters Agnes Gilly, Jennie Wessier and Josephine Utsch; brothers Frank and Stephen and wife JoAnn; nieces and nephews.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Feb. 6, in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 924 N. Front St., Allentown.
Her viewing will be from 9-10:30 a.m. in Gilbert Funeral Home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall. Interment will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
