Leroy E. Walbert, 79, of Kutztown, died Jan. 28, 2014, at home.

He and his wife Nancy A. (Stolz) Walbert were married 58 years last June.

A son of the late Harold W. and Elsie L. (Frantz) Walbert, he was a farmer in Weisenberg Township all his life.

He also was a truck driver for A.R.T. and worked as a security guard for Deka Battery.

He was a member of Ziegels United Church of Christ, Breinigsville.

His survivors include sons Leroy E. Jr. and wife, Denise, of Jonestown, Wayne W. at home, Paul R. and wife Peggy, of Breinigsville, David R. of Topton, and Matthew A. of Frankston, Texas; sister Linda of Bethlehem; grandchildren Scott, Amanda, Matt and Lori; great-grandchild Shawn; godchild, Stefanie; and brother-in-law Edward.

He was predeceased by a brother, Harold C.T., a grandson Wayne W. Jr. and friend, Ron Snowowl Flood. Condolences may be offered to the family at kellerfuneralhomes.com
