Police arrested 46-year-old Lori Hartrum of Moss Drive in Swiftwater after learning she was allegedly driving while intoxicated.

According to police, officers observed a white Chevrolet Camaro in the West Fourth Street lot at District Judge Nancy Matos-Gonzalez's office around 1 a.m. Jan. 17.

The can had noticable front end damage and the driver, Hartrum, told officers she had just parked there. Police suspected she was intoxicated and learned the same vehicle was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run in which Lehigh University property was damaged.

Hartrum is charged with DUI, accidents involving unnatended property and careless driving.
