Upper Macungie Township police say a 60-year-old man reported finding an empty beer bottle on his porch after his door bell rang 7 a.m. Jan. 17 in the 8000 block of Pathfinder Road.

Man cited for

simple trespass

Police say Rafael Rosario-Frias, 34, of Allentown was cited for simple trespass 11:38 a.m. on Jan. 17 after it was determined he was a former employee and had entered the property in the 8500 block of Willard Drive, without permission after being told he was not allowed.

The citation was issued through District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township.

Woman cited

for trespassing

Police say a complaint was received 4:31 p.m. on Jan. 20 that Cheryl Diehl, 56, of Allentown was allegedly inside the CVS, 5801 Tilghman St., Upper Macungie Township, after being told that she was not allowed to be there.

Diehl was inside the store when police arrived.

She was cited for criminal trespass before District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township.

Rims stolen

from vehicle

Police say a 31-year-old man reported all the rims from his 2013 Infinity M37 sport were stolen sometime between 9:30 p.m. Jan. 18 and 5:30 a.m. the next day in the 1100 block of Tudor Drive.

The vehicle was found resting on four milk crates in the driveway, police say.
