Police arrested Jonathan Robles, 33, of Ilona Drive in Hellertown, on drug charges around 12:45 a.m. Jan. 18.

Police said officers observed Robles making a delivery of cocaine at the West Union Boulevard Elks Bethel Lodge.

Robles is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
