MLK events planned
NCC's 2014 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. community gathering will be held at 7 p.m. Feb. 1 in the Lipkin Theatre, Kopecek Hall, Main Campus. Dr. Marcia Theadford, co-pastor of the Agape Christian Church, Easton, will present the keynote speech.
There will be performances by UnityOne, dancing by NCC students, a scene from the play Fences by August Wilson and readings by winners of the Dr. Martin Luther King poetry contest.

Moravian College
Winterfest held Jan. 25
The Moravian College inaugural Winterfest for college and seminary students, faculty and staff was held Jan. 25 on the Priscilla Payne Hurd Academic Complex's patio.
There was an ice skating rink, four art project stations, food stations and the movie "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2". Moravian College and Moravian Theological Seminary students, faculty, and staff were invited to come to campus and have fun with colleagues and their families.
