stolen from Jetta

Police say Sara Vitale reported her license plate No. JHM7433 was stolen sometime between 10 p.m. Jan. 10 and 1:30 p.m. the next day from her 2007 Volkswagon Jetta while it was parked at 1063 Mosser Road, Upper Macungie Township.

Vehicle overturns

on Grim Road

Police say Jose Y. Tavarez, 57, of S. 16th St., Allentown, was driving a Chevrolet Impala south on Grim Road, south of the intersection with Industrial Boulevard at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 14, when a rear tire blew out.

His car veered to the left striking a curb and tree before traveling down an embankment and rolling over.

Tavarez was transported by Cetronia Ambulance Corps to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

The car, which sustained major damage, was removed by Faust Towing.

Trexlertown and Upper Macungie fire departments assisted at the scene.

Wheels, tires

stolen from Venza

Upper Macungie Township police say Gregory Milton reported all four wheels and tires were stolen sometime between Jan. 11 and the next day from his 2012 Toyota Venza while it was parked in the driveway at 5416 Schantz Road, Upper Macungie Township.

Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or any related suspicious activity in the area overnight is asked to contact police at 484-661-5911.
