The Lehigh Valley Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $2,000 for information that leads to the arrest of a motorist who struck a man as he was standing in the roadway attempting to fill his vehicle with gas.

Police said the crash occurred as an unknown vehicle was traveling east bound on SR0022 and struck Paul J. Agens. After the incident, the vehicle fled the scene, police said.
