Police following a reported accident arrested Daniel Witt, 33, of West North Street, for driving while intoxicated around 1 p.m. Jan. 10.

According to police, Witt drove into another vehicle and fled the scene. He was later found on Highland Avenue.

Witt is charged with safe speeds, accident involving unattended vehicle, careless driving, driving without a license and while suspended, and DUI.
