Police arrested Jarrod Fenner, 27, of Carlton Avenue, during a retail theft incident at the East Morton Street Pantry One shop around 5 a.m. Jan. 9.

During the arrest, Fenner allegedly assaulted an officer, leader to numerous additional charges.

Fenner is charged with retail theft, harassment, threats, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, simple assault and aggravated assault.
