Orthodontist Hugh Friel presents an iPad Air to patient Nicolas Quinones at Friel's Whitehall office on New Year's Eve. Nicolas was the winner of an annual drawing at the office. Patients who filled out Cooperation Cards at their office visits were entered into the drawing. This year, more than 400 cards were entered in the drawing.
