Susan Buhosky Roth of Nazareth is a six-time winner of the Iron Chef competition at the Great Allentown Fair.

Roth, a 1977 Parkland High School graduate, earned an associate of occupational studies degree from the Culinary Institute of America in 1979.

The 2013 inductee into the Parkland High School Distinguished Alumni Wall of Honor, is an associate professor of culinary arts in the hospitality department at Northampton Community College.
