Retail theft

Cierra Frazier, 21, of Philadelphia, will be charged with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of marijuana. Frazier allegedly was observed in Bon-Ton, 3300 Lehigh St., Allentown, 6:10 p.m. Jan. 3 putting Polo and Ralph Lauren brand clothing in bags. The clothing was valued at $2,348. After Frazier and another person realized they were being watched, they allegedly dropped the bags and fled. Frazier's purse was left behind which helped police identify her.
