As we experience brutally cold temperatures, remember to check on elderly friends, family and neighbors.

Make sure they have heat, food and are staying safe indoors. Also, keep pets indoors during the cold weather.

When shovelling snow or snow blowing, remember to take breaks and do not over exert yourself.
