The Bethlehem Food Co-Op planned community-owned grocery store in downtown Bethlehem public meetings are at 7 p.m. the first Monday of each month at NCC Fowler Family Center, 511 E. Third St.

The January meeting included an optional "ambassador training" which give member-owners the tools they need to effectively communicate the mission of the co-op to their friends and neighbors. It also kicked off the 2014 "Sprout into Action" membership campaign which will include neighborhood canvasses, electronic communications and events such as dinner parties and training sessions.
