Kerosene stolen
in township
Upper Macungie Township police were dispatched 6:45 a.m. Dec. 8 to a kerosene spill in the 8800 block of Breinig Run Circle, Upper Macungie Township.
Police say it appears the kerosene belonging to Wiliam Dutra may have been siphoned by someone sometime between Dec. 3-8.

Suitcases, presents
stolen from vehicles
Police say Debra Obeid of Effort, Morgan Hilliker of Southport, Conn and Emma Davis of Darien, Conn., reported 8:08 a.m. Dec. 9 the windows on their vehicles were smashed between midnight and 7:30 a.m. the same day while parked at the Best Western, 5630 Tilghman St., Upper Macungie Township.
Police say once the suspects were inside the vehicles they stole five suitcases from one vehicle and numerous boxes of presents from another vehicle.
This case remains under investigation.

Windows smashed
on vehicles
Police say a 28-year-old man from Mount Pleasant, 42-year-old man from Mifflintown, Air Products and Chemicals Inc., of Allentown and Norfolk Southern Railway Company of Harrisburg reported windows were smashed on four vehicles between 10 p.m. Dec. 9 and 6:45 a.m. Dec. 10 while in the Holiday Inn parking lot, 7736 Adrienne Drive, Upper Macungie Township.
Police say the vehicles had items moved within the vehicles, but nothing was reported as missing at this time.
Whitehall man
arrested for DUI
Police were dispatched 1:38 a.m. Dec. 10 to Amazon, 705 Boulder Drive, Upper Macungie, for a report of a man acting suspicious.
Police alleged Corbin Tillman, of Whitehall, left the parking lot but officers found him along Industrial Boulevard and conducted a traffic stop.
Tillman, who was allegedly intoxicated, was arrested for driving under the influence.
Charges are pending, police say.
Tire punctured
at worksite
Police say Yovania Nolasco of Allentown reported 4:01 p.m. Dec. 17 a tire on her black Honda Civic was punctured numerous times between 6 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. while she was at work at Millard Refrigeration, 7132 Ruppsville Road, Upper Macungie Township.
Charges to be filed
in retail theft
Police say CVS, 5801 Tilghman St., Upper Macungie reported just before 6 p.m. Dec. 17 a retail theft occurred in which Melissa Lipsky, 38, of Orefield had allegedly fled the scene.
Police allege a vehicle registration was obtained by a store employee allowing police to find Lipsky, who allegedly admitted to the theft.
Charges for retail theft will be filed against Lipsky with District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie.
