Adam and Rachael Legath, dressed up as Mr. and Mrs. Santa, hand out candy canes, after alerting friends and family through social media youngsters could say hi to Santa Dec. 18. The display at 1420 Gail Ave. has been drawing motorists from as far away as East Susquehanna Street after they report seeing the glow from the South Mountain site, and follow streets southward to find the home. You can visit by turning right on Linda Lane, (the first right after the Eastern Salisbury Fire Department on eastbound Emmaus Avenue), and left onto Gail Avenue at the top of Linda Lane. Adam Legath said he starts putting up his display the day after Thanksgiving and it takes about 40 hours of work to finish the job. Legath owns a lawn and landscaping business.
