Matthew R. Pope, 45, of South Whitehall Township, died Dec. 12, 2013.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late William J. and Linda A. (Cornell) Pope.

He was a union electrician.

His survivors include a son, Matthew, and twin sons, Dustin and Dylan; daughter, Mary, all of Allentown; brothers Mark A. and his wife Joann of Allentown, John M. and his wife Angela of Schnecksville; sister Anne C. Truitt and her husband Ken of West Chester; nieces and nephews Gabrielle, Julia, Abby, Jennifer, Jake, Josh, Madison, Nathan and Carly.

Contributions can be made to the education fund of his children, payable to Anne C. Truitt, c/o the funeral home.
