A Lower Saucon Township police officer arrested a woman for driving while intoxicated around 12:35 a.m. Dec. 1.

Police said Lindsay J. Conard of Dicon Court in Bethlehem and another woman were observed shouting at each other outside the Revolutions restaurant/game site in a visibly intoxicated state. Seeing keys in Conard's hand, the officer warned them not to drive and that they should call for a ride.

Minutes later the officer allegedly observed the women drive off, and he followed, pulling them over at Yianni's Taverna on Seidersville Road. Conard then failed sobriety tests.

Conard registered nearly twice the legal lemit and is charged with DUI.
