Farmersville: Project presentation Dec. 12
The Fifth Grade will present their Social Studies project in a conference-style symposium from 5 to 6 p.m. Dec. 12 at the school, 7036 William Penn Highway. Project topics include Scientific Method in Action and Colonial Times Alive. Students have prepared posters and a skit. They will dressed in traditional colonial garb.
Gov. Wolf: Family event set for Decv. 14
The Governor Wolf faculty and families event will be held at 9 a.m. Dec. 14 at the school, 1920 Butztown Road. There will be a breakfast, craft making, basket raffles, and a visit from Santa from 9 to 11 a.m. The Holiday Shoppe will open from 9 to 11a.m.
William Penn: Playground dedication Dec. 13
William Penn will dedicate the new playground from 1:15 to 1:45 p.m. Dec. 13 at the school, 1002 Main St. There will be guest speakers. Liberty HS band members will be present to cut the ribbon.
Nitschmann: Computer Ed week being oserved
Nitschmann Middle School will observe Computer Science Education Week from Dec. 9 through 15. On Dec.1, sixth grade Math classes will participate in the an hour of code, a one-hour introduction to computer science.
