According to an email received from Northwestern Lehigh School District Superintendent Mary Anne Wright, board member Willard Dellicker did not say, as reported in the Dec. 5 edition of The Press, the joint operating committee bylaws for Lehigh Career and Technical Institute are being changed.

Wright emailed, "In his committee report to the board, Mr. Dellicker said the JOC discussed the allocated number of JOC members from each district, which is based on total real estate market values for each district.

"He explained that any change to the current allocated number of representatives from each district would require a change to the bylaws ..."
