Police arrested 52-year-old Josephina Ortiz of North Bradford Street in Allentown following an altercation at the Sands Casino Nov. 30.

According to police, security personnel asked her to leave during the unspecified event, and then asked an additional eight times. Ortiz allegedly continued to be difficult and refused to leave.

Ortiz was uncooperative with police when they arrived, and she was arrested for public drunkenness around 1:30 a.m.
