Bethlehem's high school girls basketball teams scored a triple win at the Yasso-Rothrock Tournament last Saturday.
Liberty defeated Emmaus 63-49, and Freedom defeated Whitehall 35-25, but perhaps the most significant victory belonged to Bethlehem Catholic as they defeated Parkland 59-35.
Last season, the Trojans knocked the Hawks out of the Lehigh Valley Conference Tournament, so Becahi welcomed the opportunity to avenge the loss.
Kalista Walters was named Becahi's MVP for the game after scoring 27 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Janelle Robinson, Danielle Griffin, and Maggie Melhem added eight points apiece, Nia Mims had seven points, and Jordynn Jones added one.
In the Hurricanes' victory over the Hornets, Kay West led Liberty with 20 points, followed by Nicole Capuano, who had 17 points, including two three-pointers.
In the Patriots' win over the Zephrys, Freedom pulled away in the third quarter, outscoring Whitehall 10-4, leading to their eventual victory.
Brenna Dosedlo led Freedom with 12 points, followed by Jaiden Coyne who had seven. Kelley Rosete and Ashley Husser scored six points apiece, and Gia Erie and Taylor Garza added two points each.
This Friday, Freedom will take on Easton, and Bethlehem Catholic will face Liberty.
