Upper Macungie Township police say Christopher Bosnyak, 48, of Hamden Conn was injured at 5:24 p.m. Nov. 27 as he was crossing the entrance to 7720 Main St., Fogelsville.

According to police, as a 2007 Toyota Corolla driven by Andrew Pollock, 23, of Allentown turned left into the Main Street address and struck Bosnyak, who was crossing the entrance.

Bosnyak was transported by Cetronia Ambulance Corps to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salibury Township.

Police say Pollock, who was wearing his seat belt, was not injured. The car sustained minor front-end damage.

Items stolen

from auction house

Police say Eric and Sherwood Zettlemoyer reported various items were stolen between Nov. 23 and the next day from Zettlemoyer Auction Company, 820 Nursery St., Fogelsville.

This incident remains under investigation, police say.
